Study On Agriculture Fertilizer Distribution Pattern Of Shanxi Province

As a basic industry, agricultural production was one of the important factor that had the relationship with food security, survival of the people and national stability. As the most important agricultural production, fertilizer not only improved the agricultural production efficiency and quality effectively, but also an important measure to achieve agriculture sustainable development. Perfection of logistics mechanisms of fertilizer had positive effect for agricultural sustainable and efficiency development. The demand for fertilizer in recent years resulted in an imbalance of fertilizer supply and demand, lacked efficient logistics channels between production and consumption activities, lead to instability for fertilizer price, harmed the interests of farmers and positivity, the same as ShanxiProvince. Therefore, this paper took establishing new model of fertilizer logistics as the starting point, using the theory with practical ways to build a new model of Shanxi fertilizer logistics, optimize logistics means, improve fertilizer logistics system, which had an important significance for promoting modern agricultural production development.Firstly, this article started with basic meaning and connotation of fertilizer logistics, analyzing the main part, characteristics, logistics system composition, the meaning of fertilizers and logistics system consisting comprehensively. Then we give a summary to circulation system and application status to fertilizer logistics process. The third part of this paper, we conducted a comprehensive analysis for Shanxi fertilizer logistics and existing problems. We could see tremendous progress of Shanxi fertilizer production and distribution, but only a series of problems. For the current status of Shanxi agricultural markets and agricultural logistics development, combined with its natural and geographical conditions, administrative divisions, economic development and logistics around the characteristics of the actual development of Shanxi Province, to establish an effective system of agricultural logistics development and appropriate logistics development strategy. The fourth part was the core of this article, Shanxi agricultural fertilizer distribution issues new model were discussed, then put forward countermeasures and suggestions of Shanxi fertilizer logistics new model distribution.Fertilizer supply was not a unilateral activity fertilizer production enterprises, but requires cooperation between lots of departments fertilizer distribution companies as well as logistics and distribution centers for an efficient, fast and convenient of fertilizer. Sales of fertilizer supply needed to consider the needs of farmers as center and supply as required. Furthermore, fertilizer companies should supply fertilizer as demanded and establish corresponding mechanisms, government departments, the agricultural sector and agricultural point of sales should pay attention to the agricultural information, grasp soil moisture, planting structure and the amount and type of fertilizer of the rural, conduct soil testing and fertilizer, in order to serve the farmers more better, and farmers used fertilizer under the scientific guidance, provide more value-added services for farmers. Fertilizer distribution center location should be close to the fertilizer consumption in order to better understand the needs of the fertilizer market, dispatch fertilizers timely and rapidly.
