Integrated Research On Logistics Distribution Of Chain Supermarket In Shanxi Province

Logistics distribution is the key link for operation, the fundament for chain supermarket,and also the core competitiveness of chain store. The distribution system is the corecompetition between the domestic and foreign chain supermarket. With the opening of retailmarket, the foreign large supermarkets are coming, and chain supermarket faces the severechallenge in Shanxi. On the currently situation, this paper analyzes 11 chain supermarket inShanxi Province, making a systemic research to the status and problem existed in distributionsystem. Then it constructs the model of the distribution center and management, and givesadvice and countermeasures to future development.The common distribution has been considered the suitable mode for chain supermarketin Shanxi Province of this paper, after that it systematically analyzed the existed logisticsdistribution mode of chain supermarket. The paper defines the problems existed indistribution system through analyzing the development in Shanxi Province chain supermarket.Innovatively researches the key issues of the common distribution that locating thedistribution centers. Then, it has built the model of Shanxi Province chain supermarketdistribution center on the base of ant colony optimization algorithm, and elected Taiyuan,Datong, Linfen and Jincheng as the four distribution center of Shanxi Province. Then, thepaper discusses how to optimize management of the distribution center systematical,innovatively puts forward the logistics information management model on the basis of ERP.Finally, the paper points out some strategies to improve the efficiency of Shanxi Provincelogistics distribution, such as building infrastructure, training professional characteristics,establishing the information platform of Shanxi Province logistics, the state and localpolicies supporting , changing the concept of Shanxi Province chain supermarket and so on.
