Our county urbanization rate has reached 54.8% in 2014,the population of urbanization rate in china is still short of the 2012 world population urbanization rate of average. So the core of the urbanization is the person itself. Essentially from traditional "urbanization of land" as the leading to focus more on "population urbanization", make hundreds of millions, mainly from the rural floating population in the city to obtain the equalization of public services. The realization of the family, permanent migration, finally completely urbanization. During the process of promoting urbanization construction in Jincheng city, produced a large number of labor force to shed from the traditional agricultural production mode of land-lost farmers.A large number of landless peasants greatly restricted and hindered the development of the suburbs of the regional level of urbanization, but also to bring social harmony and stability problems.This study integrates the use of comparative analysis, investigation, analysis and other methods of urbanization of land-lost farmers problem in detail at home and abroad to provide the theoretical basis for the research. In this paper, through the present situation of research in Jincheng City urbanization of land-lost farmers found out that the land-lost farmers in Jincheng City, in the registered permanent residence, life style, work form and economic sources has been basically realized non-agricultural. But in the process of advance urbanization of land-lost exposed many problems,such as jeopardizing the interests of land-lost farmers, lack of social security, backward urbanized community construction, poor ability to adapt and so on.
