The Research On The Application Of Achieve Competitive Excellence Operating Management System In SAIC

S company is a state-owned company,mainly develop and produce aircraft engine and subcontract products.With the development of subcontract production business, the tranditional manufacturing layout of facility restricts subcontract production development. Customers always complain about long production leadtime, high cost and quality e issue merge in endlessly.Due to the successful of ACE application in UTC,S company plan to carry out ACE to improve their operation management system. This paper introduced the basic knowledge and milestone of ACE, tools and the application of tools.Based on two ACE implantation cases in production and quality improvement.,S company think the application of ACE in S company is successful. It brings huge benefit from ACE.But it still has a lot of problem to be futher improved,when we used ACE in S company.Such as excitation mechanism,continual improvement and how to combine with daily business,ect, they are need further setup and complete operating system.If a company carry out ACE, some basic requirement should be hold, such as ACE pilot, training,knowledge, and team responsibly,ect. Sincerely hope it can be useful and to be mirror for the developing ACE,lean and six sigma management.
