In recent years, LP (Lean Production) is widely to spread in the world. Nearly all the large manufactory Started to accept the idea of lean production, to spread and to benefit from "just in time (JIT)" production. Compare to the traditional mass production, LP can produce high quality and versatile brand of product which only need little finer people, less investment, less stock and zero stock, minor the cycle time and the field of production, short time of new product. So LP is the best organization system of production in the latest industry. The way of LP organization production, staff management and Enterprise Corporation are widely to absorb and spread by more and more enterprise.From the angle of lean production, the author works out and has implemented a whole set of plans to improve lean production by using lean production and industrial engineering (hereinafter IE) tools comprehensively. Firstly, the author analyses the process flow of product, and uses ECRS (Eliminate, Combine Rearrange, simplify) principle and 5W2H methods to simplify steps of operation, improve operating methods, eliminate unnecessary transportation, and thus reduce waiting time of WIP during the process. Through improving various process flows, massive non-value added motions are eliminated and the operating time has shortened for 58.52%. Secondly, the logistic path is analyzed; the workshop layout has been improved. After above improvement, the entire production region reduces 23%, and total logistic path shortens for 76.58%.Meanwhile the workshop s assembly production line has been balanced transformed, and the number of operators reduced from original 39 to 32. On the basis of above improvement, the Kanban system is applied and the―one flow‖production pattern is realized. Through the implementation of production process improvement plan, the indexes of the 8A0475 s lean production are enhanced. For example, Lead Time is reduced from 22.3 days to 9.25 days, the MCE (Manufacturing Cycle Efficiency) is enhanced 10.98% of original, and First Time Through and the quality stability are highly boosted.
