After 18th CPC National Congress, China has entered a new period of building a moderately prosperous society, to promote the economic of aluminum as an important basic raw materials, especially with the of electronic technology and information technology, China’s demand for aluminum will undoubtedly continue to increase aluminum in the national economy will continue to improve. However, we should also recognize objectively, China’s aluminum industry emerged as serious pollution in the process of these years, the waste of resources, excess capacity and a series of unsatisfactory places. The reasons for this situation both domestic macroeconomic policies, the impact of the economic environment, but more largely because of the aluminum caused by the enterprises themselves, dialectical materialism tells us: external influence internal and external through internal work, so as aluminum industry to solve a series of problems that exist, must proceed from internal causes of these problems.
