Real estate industry is pillar industry of the national economy. TheInternet industry is emerging economy main body. The combination of above is aproduct of market development to a certain stage. The network marketing of real estateenterprises are also created in such a background. On the market in our country, such asEGU.COM in network marketing of real estate enterprises have made greatdevelopment and laid a certain status in the market. However, in deeply impacted bystate policies and industry environment of real estate market. The network marketingenterprises how to explore new marketing model, how to adapt to the development andchange of market demand, how to avoid the gradual decline into the newspaperindustry’s footsteps, etc., to solve all these problems.This paper points four chapters to discuss the development trend of networkmarketing of real estate enterprises in China, the background of the development ofnetwork marketing of real estate enterprises from China were analyzed, and the networkmarketing of real estate enterprises in our country is faced with the problem of theinternal environment of main limitation is the enterprise marketing mode and profitmode and operating mode is single, lack of individuality; Facing the externalenvironment of a network security problem,2it is network technology bottlenecks,three is the lack of perfect policy and legal system, four is the lack of infrastructuresupport.Five analysis model is used for enterprise competition strategic analysis tools, tothe enterprise strategy development has a profound effect, can effective analysiscustomer competition environment, and competitive situation of enterprises in thisindustry and between industry and industry possible to study the competitiverelationship. Real estate developers is caused by supplier, within the industry largeleading enterprises and brand enterprise in the industry advantage began to highlight,buyers: the buyers as the main consumption group, is one of the main service object ofnetwork marketing of real estate enterprises. Due to large real estate market in recentyears, influenced by the regulatory factors, agents and brokers have been hit hard, forthe enterprises, into the network is one of the best choice. Traditional real estate marketing and network marketing channels have competition. In the same industry enterprises in practice will inevitably produce conflict and confrontation; these constitute the competition between the enterprises in the same industry. In the real estate network marketing companies, EGU.COM and Soufun holdings accounted for nearly90%market share and monopoly in the industry. The network marketing of real estate in our country enterprise’s development model has a universal law, namely, from the early stages of development of a single business model upgrade for the network for the whole real estate marketing enterprises. From the perspective of the development of enterprises, it is dependent on the vision of the business operators, it is because of they found and digging for new business, to make this new business can develop so fast. From the origin and development of the network marketing of real estate enterprise, enterprise’s main customer is the real estate developers and home buyers, how to set up an effective bridge between them is the network marketing of real estate enterprises should be thinking about.In the real estate network marketing companies, EGU.COM and Soufun holdings accounted for nearly90%market share and monopoly in the industry.
