Entering the 21 st century, three net fusions, media convergence and accelerating the pace of industrial convergence, new media marketing is become an important approach to win attention for enterprise. As a traditional industry, catering industry is also in the active adoption of new media marketing. This paper selected two case to study for their effort and results in new media marketing. Haidilao represents the traditional restaurant industry, which actively taking advantage, through weibo, comments on network, such these online marketing methods, gained good effects, improved the visibility. On the other hand, ye flank although is brand new, but comprehensive use all media marketing, strategy and properly, also achieved good results, aroused huge attention. Based on the cases, the author summarizes their successful experience and deficiency in the process of marketing, the restaurant industry all media marketing carries on the discussion and analysis, the paper points out its prospects for development.
