Study On Development Of Diatomite Enterprises Of Linjiang

Linjiang diatomite enterprises in the country and the world have a certain influence, with the passage of time, derived from the problem is also increasing. High grade resources was the magic weapon of enterprise profit, now this advantage is vanishing. Simple extensive exploitation has been unable to meet the social demand for resources for the use of, increase efforts to develop new products, in order to enable enterprises to with resources to continue. The resource-based enterprises are paid more and more attention by academic circles. Diatomite is one of the type of resource enterprise, the author regard Linjiang diatomite enterprises as the research object, according to the enterprise actual situation, the development of enterprises were studied. Enterprise how to effectively use of resources, to maintain a competitive advantage; national and political should give what kind of support and help, for this kind of resource-based enterprises,making these once "hero", still play a better role, this is the key for enterprises to obtain sustainable development.Research altogether divides into six parts:the first part, introduce the research background and significance of the research. That is, why to study development of resource-based enterprises, why choose diatomite enterprises, why should the Linjiang diatomite enterprises, and the research content and research methods; the second part. This paper introduces theoretical basis and literature review. There are three theories, enterprise resource based theory, growth theory, the enterprise ability theory, combing through the theory studying and on the domestic and foreign research status, a better understanding of type of resource enterprise development mode and development characteristics; the third part, introduce the status of Linjiang diatomite enterprises.
