Study On Empirical Analysis And Countermeasure For New Industrialization Process Of Dalian

The new Path of Industrialization proposed by the Party which is based on China’s national circumstances intends to make sustainable development of economy and society. The level of new industrial development has become an important indicator of economic development of a region. Dalian is an important heavy industry base in China. Nothing can shake the industry position occupied in the economic development. For the purposes of Dalian, the new Path of Industrialization is the key to achieve steady economic development and optimize the structure, which is the only way to obtain a leading position in the industrial city of the country. So the research that is an empirical analysis of new industrialization process and propose countermeasures which become very important to Dalian.Firstly, this thesis employs Literature review research to analyze industrialized countries as the reference, understanding and grasping the meaning and characteristics of industrialization theory and new industrialization. Secondly, it constructs of a new type of industrialization process evaluation system through theoretical study and practical discussion, working out the standard values and weights of the indicators according to developed countries and the more developed regions in China. Thirdly, by collecting typical indicator data through referring to the Statistical Yearbook and government websites, this thesis uses the non-dimensional method and comprehensive index method, calculates composite index on the process of industrialization of Dalian and other regions. Comparing Dalian with Liaoning provinces, the nation, as well as representatives of typical industrial city such as Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin and others, evaluating and analyzing from seven aspects, in detail. Then a systematic summary of the current problems of new industrialization in Dalian has been presented. To solve these problems, in the last part of this paper, has correspond countermeasures and suggestions.The results have shown that the that economic structure is irrational, the level of information is low, and there exists great differences between different regions in the aspect of technological level. In consequence, this thesis suggests that the development of new industrialization of Dalian must be based on their actual needs, by vigorously promoting technological innovation, developing of circular economy, promoting the depth of integrating information technology and industrialization and other multi-faceted effort to achieve.
