Performance Evaluation On The Implementation Effect Of The Management System Of Integrated Informatization And Industrialization In H Company

Recent years,a wave of technological innovation appears in the world,which its delegate are information network,intelligent manufacturing,new energy and new material.This wave accelerates the process of informatization and industrialization development in each country.The scientific and technical revolution and adjustment of industrial division is a two-edged sword for the development of domestic industry.The promotion of deeply integration of informatization and industrialization has important significance on realizing industrial transformation and upgrading,so we must make full use of the information to push the industrialization and vice versa.Therefore,the government puts forward the management system implementation of integrated informatization and industrialization,makes the company implement the management system and finally achieve relevant department's authentication and audit.The system tries to promote the level of integrated informatization and industrialization in enterprise.As the development strategy of integration of informatization and industrialization,especially the implementation of the management system of integrated informatization and industrialization,increasingly more scholars begin to research on this management system.However,the implementation of this management system is still in groping progress.There is no perfect assessment system to measure the effect of implementing standard activity.Therefore,this paper makes this as pointcut and starts to analyze combining with the implementing standard process of the management system of integrated informatization and industrialization.The company H belongs to special equipment industry,and it is selected as experimental enterprise in Guangdong Province of the management system of integrated informatization and industrialization implementation in July,2014.According to the suggestion of innovation center in Guangdong,company H is recommended as the first batch of implementation enterprises to the economic & information commission of Guangdong Province.This paper begins to research from the point of evaluating the implementation effect.At first,it explains the backgrounds and significances of this topic,and introduces the evaluation research status of the management system of integrated informatization and industrialization.Secondly,this paper interprets the process of effectuating standards based on analyzing the current situation of the integration.Finally,it combines three methods(analytic hierarchy process,entropy evaluation method,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method)to establish an evaluation system to estimate the implementation effect of the management system,and does research by this evaluation system.After the evaluation,some suggestions to further complete the certification of management system are put forward.
