Usability Analysis Method And Applied Research Towards Mobile E-commerce Application

Mobile e-commerce applications is the most important quality is the usability of mobile e-commerce applications. Nonetheless, in the actual mobile e-commerce application development, designers tend to strengthen the application of the functional requirements, and ignoring the application usability quality requirements. Investigate its reason, the traditional quality of mobile e-commerce usability analysis method, theoretical basis is too thick, the operability is poor, or method system, confused, the problem of the poor control of far cannot satisfy the needs of the mobile e-commerce usability development practice. Therefore, mobile e-commerce oriented practical usability analysis method research for the development of mobile e-commerce applications have specific theoretical and practical significance.In the main purpose of this article is usability research, human-computer interaction theory, theory of mobile e-commerce, software engineering, etc, on the basis of the theory and method, using the method of system engineering, with practical experience in e-commerce application development, seek a kind of drive on the user scenario usability analysis method. This paper mainly completed the following work:1) in usability, on the basis of theory and human-computer interaction rules for mobile touch screen interface, mobile e-commerce environment, social environment, limited attention and mobile shopping experience, syndrome, put forward the mobile e-commerce usability reference index and human-computer interaction guidelines;2) for the center with the user experience, put forward based on the user role model of man- machine interaction process of understanding scenario analysis model, is used to capture, analysis, mobile e-commerce application usability quality requirements;3) with the view of software engineering, integration application functions and application usability demand quality, combining the development of application usability requirements elicitation, usability, quality requirements analysis, application of usability evaluation system analysis and application of integrated model can be an interactive process. Mobile e-commerce application function development and integration of mobile electronic commerce application usability of mobile electronic commerce development process model;4) using the above method, adopting Axure RP prototype production software, interview and questionnaire for mobile digital campus flea market "Dalian university of technology application" usability quality requirements of the user to capture, analysis, system design and usability, usability and through the SPSS software to analyze collected scale of subject, verify the validity of the application usability quality requirements.I participated in the dalian university of technology for the development of mobile digital campus flea market application, practice has proved: In the software functional requirements design on the basis of fully considering the design of the application usability quality requirements is endowed with effective practice. In this paper, the mobile electronic commerce application oriented lightweight user driven scenario usability requirements analysis method and the application research on enrich the research content of this field.
