Risk management of power transmission and distribution enterprises under EPC mode is very necessary and important.This thesis firstly compares and analyses the characteristics of risk under EPC mode and the traditional contract mode of transmission and distribution enterprise. Points out that the risk characteristics of disk are multiple, diverse, relevance and linked, analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of power transmission and distribution under EPC model. Then leads to risk management of power transmission and distribution enterprises.Secondly, as the risk characteristics of power transmission and distribution enterprises, established five links including risk management planning, risk identification, risk analysis, risk response and risk monitoring. Create a list of risks through risk identification, and the basis of quantitative and qualitative analysis on the risk, take evasive, loss, prevention transfer, retention and other targeted measures to the risk. With the establishment of risk control, the whole process management, realize the closed-loop dynamic risk.Finally, combined with the electric power transmission and transformation of enterprise EPC general contract project examples, analyzed the risk management of electric power transmission and transformation of enterprises under the mode of EPC, puts forward the risk identification, analysis, countermeasures.Through this research, it hopes that ideas and methods to carry out research on risk management of EPC general contract provides for power transmission and distribution enterprises, to develop the EPC model of power transmission and distribution project. |
