How to use information technology to strengthen the pharmaceutical enterprise internal supply chain management, to promote the rapid and sound development of China’s pharmaceutical industry has important and far-reaching significance.In this thesis, taking the Y pharmaceutical supply chain management as the research object, supply chain management (SCM), enterprise resource planning (ERP) and other advanced thoughts as the instruction, analyze the Y pharmaceutical supply chain management processes, which involves purchase management, inventory management, sales management and so on. Come up with relevant solutions of the main problems of supply chain management in the Y pharmaceutical in the informational environment. Considering that internal supply chain management for Y pharmaceutical business process is not standard, use ERP thought combined with the industrial engineering method to design, a total of serial characteristics of the business management process, which solves the long procurement process, procurement procedures, acquisition, sales lack of control, ignoring the problem such as supplier management. According to Kingdee EAS implementation requirement, introducing the line classification thought, completed the material code design of Y pharmaceutical supply chain management system, which solve problems of a more yards, more than a yard, chaos of material management, bad material traceability.Aiming at the problem of information sharing, designed the Y pharmaceutical supply chain management integration interfaces with OA system, quality inspection system, which implements the integration of the Y pharmaceutical supply chain management system and OA information system and the integration of quality control system. Finally, through the system effect reached the conclusion that the implementation of the internal supply chain management based on ERP, can improve the management of the pharmaceutical companies, reduce unnecessary costs, conducive to drug quality and safety, and also provides experience for other pharmaceutical enterprise informationization application.
