In the case of land use situation of Turpan region the land is showing the space features of the "big scattered, small concentration" due to the impact of macro geography pattern in arid areas.Because of the existence of land-use issues,we can promote social economy and coordination of resources and environment by optimizing land use structure, improving efficiency in the allocation of land resources, maximizing optimization and efficiency of land use structure, minimizing occupation of land in the context of urban and rural development proposed by the state.Based on the above background, this paper takes Turpan as an example which puts forward the optimal allocation model based on the structure of urban and rural land resources development to achieve the most optimal allocation of land resources utilization by adjusting the structure of urban and rural land use.Base on related overseas and domestic research status, taking urban and rural co-ordination development as focus, analyzing the changes of land use when data updates, finding out the struct and change rule of land use by multi-dimension,we can summary the characteristics of land use structure and recognize the problem of land use changes to provide data basis and reality basis for economic development of Turpan. With the aim to achive urban and rural joint development and sustainable development, this paper establish the optimal model in line with land source struct of Turpan to realize maximal efficiency of land use, then we can provide a scientific basis for the management of land use and decision-makimg for Turpan, and put forward suggestion for rational use of land source, but also provide experiment of optimal allocation on land source for other prefectures.
