The rapid development of the Internet is gradually affecting our lives,along with the increase of Internet users,various online business activities also have changed enormously.Recent years,B2 B, B2 C and C2 C are delevoping at a staggering rate. The dealers conduct business over the Internet to achieve their marketing purposes, and Internet marketing has become a essential method for them to achieve their marketing objectives. As the main economic activity of the enterprise gradually realized the importance of the Internet and paid attention to it. These companies hope that through this nascent e-commerce business to open up new marketing channels in order to improve their competitiveness in the new environment for economic development, so as to get more profit and better prospects for development, Jingdong Mall is the leader in these enterprises.This paper analyzes the business situation of Jingdong Mall, and then analyzes the situation of network management, including 360 buy macro environment, including political, demographic, economic and technological factors. Jingdong Mall internal environment analysis including product characteristics and internal financial situation, besides that SWOT analysis and Jingdong Mall Porter’s Five Forces Analysis are aslo included. Based on the above analysis of the content the paper makes a preliminary summary Jingdong Mall operation of online business. Secondly, by the way of using economic principles and other relevant knowledge to decompose and analyze the situation of the policy and strategy of Jingdong Mall,the thesis summarizes deficiencies of Jingdong Mall Network marketing strategy and put forward relevant solutions. Finally, this paper summarizes the main content of Jingdong Mall network marketing stategy and puts forward some measures to implement the basic guarantee to ensure the network marketing strategy to carry out so Jingdong Mall can develop more quickly, the implementation of network marketing strategy of Jingdong Mall successfully, providing a reference for the network marketing of B2 C enterprises in china.
