BT Project Investment Risk Management Research

With the operation of BT mode in foreign developed countries, and achieved great success, BT mode gradually into the vision of developing countries. In with foshan city infrastructure BT project engineering, sichuan to BT mode for the construction of the highway financing to complete the project, the Beijing subway Olympic extension project, the project of nanjing metro line 2 after BT project implementation and success, in recent years the domestic but also raised a hot wave of BT mode of research and application.As a result of the study and application of BT mode in China relatively short time, the domestic many problems remains to be solved for BT mode, such as law and improve the BT mode, risk assessment and prevention, etc., all need to be further discussed.On the basis of summarizing the domestic and foreign scholars research achievements, from the perspective of investors, studied the BT project investment risk management. Used the literature methodology, generalizes the investment risk factors of BT project, summarizes a set of complete index system of risk factors. And look for the BT in the field of professional personnel to the possibility of the risk factors and the impact of the project in the form of questionnaire survey and it is concluded that the key risk factors influence the success or failure of the project is mainly to repurchase delay risks, the government credit risk and the risk of government leadership change. Link in the risk assessment, a dynamic fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the risk of the project done, and the evaluation model to do the test of actual case, in the case on the basis of the corresponding risk prevention and control measures are put forward.On the basis of previous studies, this study has the following income:First, by way of descriptive statistics to the project investment risk factors has made the living and sorting of the influence degree, finding out the key risk factors.Second, on the basis of the original fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to introduce the dynamic fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, from each time period to evaluate risk, for the whole project risk evaluation more accurate.Third, based on the study of the specification, combining with the actual case analysis, solve the normative research results plasticity is big, but the disadvantage of persuasion is not strong.Paper is intended to provide investors in the BT project, provide more perfect operation mechanism, and the corresponding risk measures to provide a theoretical reference to help, avoid the risk of unnecessary losses according to the suggestion. To strengthen the ability of investors in the BT project risk prevention, protection of BT mode in my aunt get more specification, the use of more efficient, contribute to the country’s economic development.
