Evaluation Of Geoscience Tourism Resources And Its Protection And Development In Mahuangliang Of Yulin

The landscape of the Yellow Land is a geological relic resource that is formed by the combined effects of flowing water and wind power and has high aesthetic appreciation value,scientific research value,and tourism development value.Transforming the remnants of loessial land into tourism resources for development and utilization,promoting the construction of tourism service facilities and the conservation of regional ecological environment.It can serve local residents,increase residents' income,and improve the living environmenct.To achieve the unity of geological relics protection,ecological environment protection and social and economic benefits.In this paper,the geological relics of the Loess in Yulin's Mahuangliang area are comprehensively investigated,the geological remains are divided into 5 categories,6 types,9 subcategories,24 basic types,and nearly 50 geological monuments.With its unique landscape,forest landscape in loess of Quaternary strata section,desert landscape,water landscape,lake landscape and palaeon,tological fossils of Mahuangliang geoscience tourism resources.The national standard profile is rare whose Wucheng Loess-Lishi Loess-Ma Lan-Sara Wusu loess strata section,Various shapes of loess columns,the Loess forest is unique and spectacular,it has high tourist value and scientific value.In order to rationally develop and use Mahuangliang geoscience tourism resources.First,the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)is combined with the Delphi method.Selection of two first grade indexes for the value of geological relics and the conditions for exploitation and utilization;6 two level indexes of resource occurrence,scientific research value,ornamental value,protection status,social factor and development condition;And 21 three level indexes,such as resource abundance,scale and combination,preservation degree,science popularization function and so on.The comprehensive evaluation index system is constructed to complete the overall evaluation of Mahuangliang geoscience tourism resources.The results show that:The geosciences and tourism resources in Mahuangliang are rich in connotation,high in research value and ornamental value,and have good geographical location advantages.However,there are some deficiencies in their development and utilization,and their service facilities need to be built,with low social popularity and great potential for development.Secondly,the 24 main types of geological heritage resources in Mahuangliang are evaluated by a single body.The result show that:There are 6 categories of national geological remains,4 types of provincial geological remains and 14 local geological relics in the 24 main types of geological heritage resources.According to the evaluation results and the value characteristics and protection conditions of the monuments,the special,first,two and three level protection zones should be set up,and corresponding protective measures should be worked out.Finally,the SWOT model was used to analyze 5 competitive advantages,3 competitive disadvantages,2 external opportunities and 3 external challenges of Mahuangliang geological heritage.The development countermeasures are formulated in six aspects while the target orientation,the tourist market,the tourism propaganda,the construction of service facilities,the management of tourism development and the protection of geological relics.At the same time,combined with the local geological characteristics and cultural elements,the design of Northern Shaanxi folk culture experience,art exhibition,loess desert style tourism,science expedition four theme activities as the main tourism products.
