Scale management is an inevitable choice to increase the economic benefit in major crop-producing regions. The essential path to help Jiangxi Province transform to strong agricultural province is take the scale, intensification, specialization, socialized development load, and pushing forward modern agricultural. Intensification development requires scale management, while scale management needs strong supports from agricultural socialized service system.Scholars mainly took their researches regarding to the theoretical standpoints about socialized service and scale management of agriculture. Scale management needs strong supports from, while the development of agricultural socialized service system can promote the scale management of agriculture, empirical research of agricultural socialized service on scale-management is insufficiency. The paper take the breakthrough point from current situation of socialized service and scale-management of Jiangxi Province, which if one of the major crop-producing regions in China. Adapt the results of researchers, and model regression to analyse the willingness and behavior of agricultural socialized service affect on scale-management. The results showed that: In Jiangxi Province, the service level of agricultural socialization is improving, however it still has a gap when compares with requirement of farmers. Next, the production procedures is unsubstantial, especially the intermediate procedure, which affect the willingness of farmers on agricultural scale management, and lead farmers accept little socialized service. Besides, farmers who are willing to attempt at agricultural scale management had gradually implemented their willingness and the agricultural scale management achieved development. Based on this, the following suggestions are given to improve the development of agricultural scale management in major crop-producing regions: Firstly, standard the order of circulation of management rights of rural land to promote appropriate scale management. Secondly, efforts should be made to foster new agricultural entities. Lastly, a new agricultural socialized service system should be establishment and perfection in the near future.
