We mainly through the form of questionnaire survey, conducted a questionnaire survey of Nanchang City and participate in the farmhouse tourism consumers, and with the local operators and relevant government departments in-depth conversation, a comprehensive analysis of Meiling area farmhouse tourism, business services, set in the project specification of management and other aspects of the problem, and the presence of the farmhouse tourism development in the analysis of issues, a detailed analysis of the cause and effect of the functions of the government, service quality, management, capital and resources, think that the basic problem of Farmhouse Enjoyment Tourism in China because of lack of natural resources, the development of business model is not appropriate, lack of the attention of the government and the management is not in place. And in the three the result, the core of which is the most fundamental problem is the problem of business model. At present, the farmhouse tourism business model is formed around the funeral, blindness and single, so the research on it is necessary.In order to effectively solve the above problems, through referring to lots of documents, this paper on the data from the questionnaire survey results of the analysis, from the analysis of consumer behavior and consumer demand theory, analysis of consumer characteristics, consumer our farmhouse Tourism Group’s individual needs and the existence of the farmhouse tourism problems and suggestions for improvement, learning from the successful experience, tourism management at home and abroad the farm we think:farmhouse tourism business model mainly influence factors and environmental factors, the government policy support, community organizations, owners and investors, the quality of tourist consumption demand. By analyzing the characteristics of the domestic and foreign successful Long-stay Tourism business model, for their successful experience is summarized and concluded, thus put forward the innovation method and Countermeasure of our Long-stay Tourism. Finally, we combine the Meiling mount farmhouse tourism natural conditions and rural culture resources, proposed and designed for the farmhouse tourism Meiling mount area tourism product development of the concept of innovation, The specification of Meiling scenic area tourism market, to provide better quality tourism services for tourists, promote local farmers’income has economic and social significance.
