The Public Literature and Linguistics of public relation have the intersection and overlap to a certain degree, because the public literature also has the public property ownership and public relations function of demand. In view of this, the properties of public relations become the proper meaning of official document style characteristics. In terms of the practical operation, it is an urgent issues that how to properly use PR language in official documents.The first chapter briefly introduces the reasons of choosing the topic, explains the significance of studying this subject, summarizes the research status of this topic, it also introduces the research methods, corpus source and structural arrangements of the topic.The second chapter discusses simply on the connotation of Official Documents and Public Relations language, explains the inner connection between Document Writing and Public Relations, and points out that the Public Relation language should serve the Official Documents.The third chapter is the key part of this article. In this chapter, the PR language in official documents is divided into oral words, fuzzy words and new words with specific criteria. At the same time, the concept of the three kinds of PR language as well as the examples of the use and its significance in official documents are discussed, and further summarizes the role of proper use of PR language in official documents that contribute to better shaping the image of the organization; help to strengthen the communication effect of official documents; make it easier to respect writing receptor.The fourth chapter, proposed should follow the cooperative principle and the principle of appropriateness of language use in the official documents of public relations, as master of the use of PR language in official documents. Once the key link is grasped, everything falls into place. Only by following these two principles to promote the PR languageā€™s function and value of "positive" and "maximize" in the official documents operation.The fifth chapter is the conclusion. In this chapter, the research content and the deficiencies of this paper are briefly summarized.
