This paper attempts to start from the landless peasants pension issues closely with the actual economic and social development of Zhengzhou City, Henan Province, and explained the current situation through Zhengzhou, Henan villages landless peasants old-age security, a number of problems, and to explore the expansion of urban basic old-age insurance coverage, and on the inside landless peasants into the urban social security system of a feasibility study done, how will the urban basic old-age insurance covered villages landless residents put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions with a view to China’s urban transformation process in villages,and provide some reference for the establishment of landless peasants pension system.
