Study On Logistics Modes Of Oranges In Shimen From The Perspective Of Supply Chain

Shimen country is a typical poor mountain area, which locates in the middle of our country and is famous for its various special agriculture products. It is also the main district of producing oranges in Hunan Province. However, the problems of logistics of Shimen oranges hinder the process of its industrialization, which greatly influence the ability of fruit producing and innovating of Shimen oranges. From the perspective of supply chain, the upper enterprises in the chain lack the ability of cohering> leading and coordinating the down enterprises in the chain, which cause that fruit famers can not plan the planting according to the requirement of the market, and the good mobilization of fruit and the quality of the products can not be controlled well. All these problems finally cause the low efficiency of logistics. In this paper, through the study of logistics modes of oranges in Shimen country Changde city, we can greatly promote the excellent agriculture industry and promote the industrialization of local special agriculture products.In this paper, the situation of Shimen oranges’ logistics is the mainly studied by the methods of investigation and qualitative analysis. Firstly, research trends of agricultural products logistics at home and abroad are reviewed. Then, the basic concepts of agricultural products logistics and agricultural supply chain are introduced. On these basis, the present situations of Shimen oranges industry and orange logistics are analyzed. Through these analyses, it is found that there are a lot of disadvantages in the present logistic mode. Based on the study of the patterns of fruits and vegetables logistics at home and abroad, from the perspectives of supply chain, the adaptable modes of logistics for Shimen oranges are analyzed, which are modes led by wholesale market、the leading enterprises of producing and processing and the Third-Party logistics. Then their conditions、functions、features are elaborated on the basis of the situational logistics of Shimen oranges.Through comparison of their advantages and disadvantages, the Third-Party logistics (logistics enterprises) is considered as the ideal mode for the development of logistics of Shimen oranges.
