Evaluation On Logistics Service Capability Of Fruit And Vegetable Agricultural Products In Shouguang

Logistics plays an important role in modern economic activities,and is regarded as an artery of national and regional economic development.China is a big country in the production and consumption of agricultural products,and Shouguang is the birthplace of facility vegetables and the largest vegetable distribution center in the country.With the advent of ecommerce era,the logistics of fruit and vegetable agricultural products in Shouguang has made unprecedented development.People’s individualized demand for the logistics of fruit and vegetable agricultural products is not the same as the demand for logistics service.In addition,fruits and vegetables and agricultural products are perishable,seasonal and difficult to preserve,With the phenomenon that consumers are not satisfied with or lack of evaluation on the logistics service of fruits and vegetables,the logistics service ability of fruits and vegetables has become one of the key factors restricting the logistics of fruits and vegetables.Therefore,based on the related theories of logistics service capability evaluation,this paper applies the evaluation index system of logistics service capability of different industries,such as agricultural product logistics,medicine logistics,cold chain logistics,etc.,the Evaluation Index System of Logistics Service Capability is established,taking full account of the current situation of the development of logistics services for fruits and vegetables in Shouguang,this paper summarizes and analyzes the key factors affecting the development of logistics services for fruits and vegetables in Shouguang,the evaluation system of logistics service capability of fruit and vegetable agricultural products in Shouguang has been innovated and formed,which includes five first-class indexes,including transportation capability,logistics additional innovative service capability,logistics cost control capability,basic business service capability,and business process operation capability,they reflect the logistics service ability of fruits and vegetables in Shouguang,and then use AHP fuzzy comprehensive grading method to study the evaluation index system of logistics service ability.The results show that the logistics service ability of fruit and vegetable products in Shouguang City is on the high side,but the operation ability of secondary index and the control ability of logistics cost are on the low side,and the overall level of logistics service ability still has room for improvement.According to the evaluation results,some suggestions were put forward to improve the logistics service ability of fruit and vegetable products in Shouguang City.
