| Promoting the development of green logistics is the strategic requirement for building a resource-saving and environmental-friendly society. At present, we haven’t built the statistical index system of green logistics, nor to establish the monitoring system of green logistics, so it is difficult to measure the degree of green logistics industry development in our country. In order to make the green logistics have a orderly and rapidly development, building the statistical index system and monitoring system of green logistics is significant and urgent.This paper is based on the theory of logistics management, statistics and evaluation of green logistics.The main contents and achievements are as follows. Firstly, I build the statistical index system of green logistics. The statistical index is built in two levels including statistical index in enterprise level and statistical index in area level.Secondly, establish statistical survey methods of green logistics which mainly focus on key-point investigation and typical investigation, supplemented by system of statistical tables. Thirdly, build the green logistics index at different levels and study the evaluation and classification of green logistics statistical samples with using multivariate statistical method like principal component analysis and cluster analysis. At last, construct the system of green logistics monitoring, including identifying the monitoring goals and monitoring objects, identifying the functions of monitoring objects. Build the monitoring mechanism and set up monitoring platform. Finally, set up warning signal model and build warning system.The construction of statistical index system and monitoring mechanism of green logistics make up for the blank of green logistics in the field of statistical monitoring research, and provide practical guidance for the implementation of green logistics statistical monitoring, and provide a scientific basis for the sustainable and healthy development of the logistics industry. |
