Statistical Monitoring Studies Of The Process Of Our Build A Well-off Society In An All-round Way

Well-off society is the social model with Chinese characteristics.It's a dynamic process from low level to high level development.The eighteenth national congress of the communist party of China Clearly put forward that,under the new historical background,in 2020,we must achieve the grand target of build a well-off society in an all-round way,further accelerate the social modernization,and win the new socialism with Chinese characteristics.China will achieve the goal of build a well-off society in an all-round way.But the urgent question is how to evaluate the well-being society.At present,our country is during the important strategic development period.In order to ensure the realization of the grand goal,we must firmly grasp the strategic opportunity period.The most important and most difficult point of that is "full scale".Looking back,the construction of a well-off society is in great results.Looking to the future,we are facing an important period,which building a well-off society in an all-round way.To build a well-off society in an all-round way can be smooth realization directly affect the success or failure of China's modernization progress.On the basis of comparative analysis with the international conducted extensive,insight into the connotation of build a well-off society in an all-round way,and exploring the evaluation index system of build a well-off society in an all-round way.It's important to put forward a set of norms of all-round well-off society and to carry out effective.In order to further explore the degree of realization of the well-off society in an all-round way our country,this paper insists on the principle of index selection,bases on index system of comprehensive construction well-off in China,which made by statistical science institute of national bureau of statistics,using variation coefficient to determine the weight,and build a relatively complete set of evaluation index system.Measure the degree of implementation of building the well-off society in an all-round way in China in 2007-2012,and then briefly analyze the process of building the well-off society in an all-round way.In order to study the future implementation process,the paper uses three kinds of single forecasting model,trend extrapolation prediction model of a linear prediction method and logarithmic curve prediction model,the grey prediction model GM(1,1)to build a new model,variable weight combination forecast model.And then do a brief appraisal about the future process of our build the well-off society in an all-round way.Finally,this paper argues that the process of building the well-off society in an all-round way is dynamic developing and changing.During the probe of its development process,the most important is to find the main problem and to promote the comprehensive well-off society.As for how to speed up building the well-off society,this article put forwards relevant policy suggestions from the economic construction and social development,quality of life and cultural education,the social harmony with resources and environment.
