After the establishment of the Euro Zone, the export powerhouse Germany’s foreign trade volume have been increasing, which has led to the prosperity of the domestic economy. After the European debt crisis broke out in 2009, the outstanding performance of the German economy make the public a impression as the beneficiaries in the Euro Zone as. At the same time, the unemployment problem of the poor-educated group in Germany is concerned, it is more difficult to obtain employment than the poor-educated group in the neighboring countries, and it is more serious after the establishment of the euro zone.According to the theory of comparative advantage, the German technology intensive and capital intensive products in the international market has comparative advantage, the poor-educated group in Germany who can not enter these industries l will be damaged after the wider opening to the outside world. This paper verified that the German import and export volume and total FDI flow have a substantial increase after the establishment of the euro zone by Chow’s break-point test. Then, the writer constructed a model to verify that above variables have a significant impact to German poor-educated group’s unemployment rate. The result is that: The export amount is larger, Germany poor-educated group’s unemployment rate is higher; when Germany imports more, Its poor-educated group’s unemployment rate is lower; total FDI flows more, the greater the German poor-educated group’s unemployment rate is higher. So, the establishment of the Euro Zone has a negative impact on poor educated group’s employment. In the course of expanding opening, China should pay attention to balancing the opening to the developed countries and the developing countries, and vigorously develop education.
