The Present Situation And The Transformation Strategy Of Domestic And International Aircraft Leasing Business Development

Aircraft leasing discussed in this paper is mainly focused on civil aircraft leasing. The development speed of aircraft leasing business in the international market is surprisingly fast since its birth. As the gradually integration of domestic market and international market, the aircraft leasing business in china is moving into a blooming period. The main players in Chinese aircraft leasing market are bank-back grounded and are all well-developed, but still, these domestic players are slightly immature compared to those strong aircraft leasing companies abroad. By introducing and comparing the current situation of aircraft leasing business development from domestic and overseas, this paper suggests the main risks existing now are cash flow shortage, shadow bank and single product structure, while the main obstacles existing due to the immature of the market are tax policy fallback and disunity of policy execution, shortage of professional employees and incompletion of business circle.This paper also gives some proposals of the development and operation methods for domestic aircraft leasing company. Including learning fiscal and taxation planning from developed countries, relaxing regulation restriction, lowering learning cost and expanding market fast by mergers and acquisitions, operating multiple types of aircraft, supporting domestic-made aircraft’s exporting, preventing redelivery risk and residual risk.All in all, by proposing suggestions about the development of domestic aircraft leasing company, this paper is aimed at making some contribution to the improving of the whole domestic aircraft leasing industry.
