| Currently, real estate projects occupy large amount of funds, development and construction of a long cycle, fluctuations in market prices, and the project financial risk is relatively high. However, due to administrative examination and approval procedures involved in real estate projects, most developers are the main focus at the administrative examination and approval the rather hasty depending on the ultimate profitability of the project, therefore evaluate the financial viability of the real estate projects is very important.This paper studies the financial evaluation of the real estate development project is divided into six parts.
