Since 2003, the proportion of GDP accounted for the added value of real estate has stabilized at about 4.5 percent, a slight upgrade in 2007, reaching 4.9 percent, showing the real estate industry is a pillar industry in China. In the real estate industry to provide substantial returns over the same time, investment in the industry because of its inherent high investment, poor liquidity, the impact of complex factors such as features, making the risk of real estate investment is also very prominent, If a country or region does not give effective control risk factors of invest in real estate, the development of the national economy, the state macro-control, and the main structure of the real estate investment, finance credit management, foreign policy, as well as all aspects of the problem will thus affect the entire national Economic stability and development. Thus the risk of real estate investment research has important social and economic significance.The article is from the perspective of real estate developers to consider real estate's investment risks, the main purpose of the study is to help developers how to identify risk factors of real estate development projects at various stages and the use of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of quantitative risk assessment, come to the entire project development level of risk and recommend appropriate measures to avoid and reduce investment risk, decision-making to achieve development targets.The article also introduced a personally involved in real estate development projects of the author, to fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the evidence in real estate projects in the application of risk assessment, drawn fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method in the evaluation of risk is entirely practical.
