Evaluation Reaserch Of County Economic Development Of Huayuan County

This text taking the basic unit of the administrative county as the carrier, tries to res earch the minority areas of the county economy development environment, optimization of county economy development environment Taking huayuan county, xiangxi tujia an d miao autonomous prefecture as the research object, study county territory economy de velopment environment analysis, evaluation, research, puts forward several strategies fo r optimizing cost through county economic development environment. Specifically, idea s of this paper are as follows: 1, on the basis of many previous studies, looked up all kin ds of books, papers, clear up the the relationship between environment and economy; 2, combing classic regional economics theory, from which to seek inspiration, to guide the writing of this article;3, on the basis of the previous theory, research the object of this a rticle – Huayuan County, Xiangxi Tujia and Miao autonomous prefecture, economic de velopment environment is analyzed from two aspects of hardware and soft environment,which is given priority with soft environment analysis, and analyze with SWPT;4, thro ugh evaluate Huayuan county’s economic development environment, this is one of the f ocus of this article, the first part designs huayuan county’s economic development envir onment evaluation index system, and then from two angles to evaluate, on the one hand is the vertical Angle, namely from time sequence analysis compares huayuan county’s economic development environment indicators in nearly five years, found that huayuan county’s economic development environment in the overall smooth a little ups and dow ns, and studies the rise and fall of various indicators, though some economic indicators i s decreased, but the overall is good for the economic structural adjustment and sustainab le development, so that from the longitudinal angle, the county economic development e nvironment is gradually optimized, on the other hand, from the angle of the horizontal a nalysis, making huayuan county compared with other corresponding counties in xiangxi, in the comparison of this paper, using the principal component analysis(pca), the resul ts found that huayuan county has its relative advantages on the development environme nt, development vigor and development potential, environment of economic developme nt level is higher, it is because of the long time mineral resources strategy, but as the nat ional policy of resources exploitation norms and constraints, this advantage is gradually reduced, therefore, should pay more attention to the vitality of economic development a nd the cultivation of their potential;5, in the previous theory and practical analysis, this paper puts forward the overall train of thought of optimizing huayuan county’s environ ment of economic development. Enclosing huayuan counties main aspects: the industria l environment, administration environment, facilities, environment, investment environ ment, social environment and so on, proposing suggestions on optimization for huayuancounty.
