Study On Challenges And Countermeasures Of Poverty Alleviation In Huayuan County,Xiangxi Prefecture

Getting rid of poverty has always been one of the challenges facing human society.For thousands of years,China has been exploring the way to reduce poverty based on small-scale peasant economy.After the establishment of People’s Republic of China,under the leadership of the COMMUNIST Party of China,China continued to actively investigate the way out of poverty.After 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China Xi Jing Ping the rural rich and rural development has brought an unprecedented height,after achieving rural poverty all further explicitly put forward the "rural revitalization" important thinking strategy,and develop a plan of the five-year transition period,to consolidate and expand to the rural poverty tough results.Huayuan County,West Hunan Province,Hunan Province,is located in wuling Mountain region,which has been identified as one of the fourteen special poverty-stricken areas in China in the Outline of China’s Rural Poverty Alleviation and Development(2011-2020).In 2013,General Secretary Xi put forward the major strategic idea of "precise poverty alleviation" for the first time in Huayuan County.After more than seven years of fighting against poverty,Huayuan County has achieved the goal of poverty alleviation as scheduled and accumulated a lot of successful experience in poverty alleviation.As the area where the "targeted poverty alleviation" strategy was first initiated,Huayuan County has actively shoulded the political responsibility.By vigorously propagating the spirit of poverty alleviation,huayuan County has further explored effective ways to consolidate the achievements of assistance,laying a solid foundation for consolidating and expanding the achievements of poverty alleviation and prosperity and connecting them with the strategy of rural revitalization.In order to better explore the issue of rural development and achieve scientific and sustainable poverty alleviation,we will take the lead in rural revitalization.Paper content to consolidate out of poverty in the western region of hunan province flowers through county crucial challenge as well as the concrete countermeasures for research on the effectiveness of the selected topic,picked flowers through eighteen hole village,yan gong county village,Sha Ke village as a typical case,on the empirical analysis and summary,and flowers to strengthen out of poverty through county crucial challenges are analyzed in the results,and gives the concrete control countermeasures.This article is divided into four parts,the first part,the Suggestions for flowers through county consolidated overview of poverty engines results,first of all,this paper illustrates the basic concept of poverty engines defined,and then comb attribute the classic marxist theory and the poverty relief theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics,to expound the flower through county in consolidating the achievements of theoretical origin,It also expounds the necessity of consolidating the achievements of poverty alleviation.The second part,according to the actual case of poverty alleviation in Huayuan County in western Hunan,shibadong village,Yanluo village and Shake village of Huayuan County are selected as the research object,and the experience of poverty alleviation and consolidation is sorted out.The third part,huayuan County of Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture in the consolidation of poverty alleviation encountered new challenges.This paper analyzes some shortcomings in the consolidation of poverty alleviation achievements in Huayuan County from the aspects of grassroots party organization,poverty alleviation subject,rural governance and industry driving.The fourth part is the countermeasures and suggestions for the consolidation of poverty alleviation achievements in Huayuan County,Xiangxi Prefecture.Aiming at some shortcomings,reasonable suggestions are put forward from four aspects: strengthening the construction of grassroots Party organizations,stimulating the endogenous power of the main body,improving grassroots governance,and realizing industrial science and sustainable development.Flowers are summarized through county on strengthening of in-depth implementation of jinping in crucial findings and the strategy of rejuvenating the urban and rural poverty effectively major discusses the successful experience in the practice,to explore rural revitalization of flowers through county in the work of the development direction,provide a reference for other poverty countries and regions,to strengthen poverty alleviation achievements,strengthen poverty and stability in the work of the foundation.We will promote the development of agriculture,the prosperity of farmers and the beauty of rural areas,and promote the socialist modernization process by 2035.
