With the rapid growth of China’s market economy, as well as the deepening of opening-up policy, China’s real estate industry has been rapid development in recent years. However, the rapid development of the real estate industry, providing good support and promote in the country’s economic growth at the same time, the real estate industry itself has also exposed some potential problems and pitfalls. Especially for first-tier cities, irrational growth in housing prices, leading to increased risk of developing of the real estate industry, real estate investment blindness eventually make China’s real estate industry to facing serious development problems. To strengthen the regulation and constraints of the real estate industry, reduce real estate investment heat, suppression phenomenon of artificially high prices, has a very important significance for China’s real estate industry.For overheated real estate investment and other issues, in recent years, our government has issued a series of macro-control policies to curb irrational real estate development, control the level of housing prices, and as these macro-policies are developed and launched, it has brought a new round of industry major adjustment for China’s real estate industry, real estate market structure began to change significantly, the development of the real estate companies also face tougher challenges.Paper first from the two aspects of the macro policy environment and industry competition environment for external analysis and investigation on the current real estate enterprise management; Again from the status of the QS company, on its own resources, production capacity, core competitiveness and other aspects, objectively analyse the internal environment of enterprises; On the basis of QS company internal and external analysis, using the SWOT analysis of specific QS company’s own strengths, opportunities, weaknesses and threats, summarizes conclusions and results of combination of SWOT analysis, and further QS companies to evaluate the choice of development strategy to develop the corresponding enterprise development strategy; Finally, according to the analysis of development strategy, to dig out measures that was used to implement these strategies.
