With the high-speed improvements of the economic society, electronic business shows rapid rise in China, becoming the core power for stained development of companies gradually. Online shopping is also extremely common, and turns step by step into an essential part of human economic and social activities. In order to increase the turnover, the electronic commerce enterprises carry out E-war frequently, especially in the period of promotional activities of E-commerce, centralized shopping behaviors cause dramatic increase in the volumes of business, warehouses explosions, services delays, customers’ complaints and other problems. It is highly difficult for courier department to complete the huge delivery missions, and users’ experiences and customers’ satisfaction declines. Most importantly, the above problems have negative impacts on the effectiveness of online shopping promotions. An extremely reason for this result is that the third-party logistics unable to meet the distribution needs and qualities of emergency commodity. In order to improve the situations of logistics, ensure the developments of E-commerce promotions without the limitation of delivery bottlenecks, many E-business enterprises(such as Jingdong Mall, Amazon China, Eslite, etc.) give up the third-party logistics mode gradually, and begin to choose self-built distribution center.In the first place, this paper introduces the logistics situation, and analyzes the solutions of domestic E-business companies to the distribution dilemma currently——self-built logistics. In the second place, in order to respond to blowout demand of E-commerce promotions, the study classifies customs into two groups: time-responsive customers and time-delay customers, and builds a two-stage model of commodity distribution: time-responsive model and time-delay model. On the one hand, time-responsive commodity distribution model involves single-kind merchandise distribution model, multi-kind merchandise distribution model and multi-objective planning. On the other hand, time-delay commodity distribution model introduces single-spot and single-sort distribution model and multi-spot and multi-sort distribution model. What’s more, we find the solutions to the two-stage model respectively, and apply models and algorithms to the examples to prove their practicality and effectiveness.The study uses two phases to deliver the commodities of blowout demand by customers’ classification. The suggestion put forward in the paper not only decreases the pressures of express delivery, but satisfies the goods distribution requirements of the different target-customers The distribution recommendation raised in the thesis exerts an important effect in guiding distribution under the condition of electronic commerce promotions.
