Research On Disruption Management Model In Logistics And Distribution System

In the everyday logistics process,the distribution system will inevitably be affected by a number of internal and external disturbing factors,such as vehicle breakdown,accidents,bad weather,or changes in customer demand and time window,which affects its original distribution plan to be carried out smoothly.If the vehicle distribution plan failed to be adjusted timely,customer service quality would not be guaranteed,customer satisfaction declined,the market competitiveness of logistics enterprises will be severely adversely affected.Therefore,it is worthy to make research on how to quickly generate the optimal recovery strategy and handle the disruption properly in the event of disruption,in order to complete the task of distribution and efficiently in the smallest disturbance.As a methodology of handling disruptions in the real-time,disruption management provides a new idea of handling disruptions in the logistics and distribution system.Based on the idea of disruption management,three SPN models were built with the goal of minimizing the deviations from the original plan,in terms of three typical disruptions.(1)Considering both sides of customers and logistics enterprises,a deviation measurement index was presented,which is the sum of time window deviation and transport cost deviation.(2)For vehicle breakdowns disruption events,changes in customer demand and “vehicle breakdowns and changes in customer demand”,three SPN models and different disruption recovery strategies were constructed in the background of single vehicle routing problem.This is the core of paper.(3)Apply the SPN model and disruption recovery strategies to three cases,after the analysis of the simulation data,the SPN models would find the smallest disturbance recovery strategy quickly in each case.And at the same time,it verified the validity of the SPN model and algorithm.The three proposed SPN distribution recovery models reduce the disruption to the original distribution planning effectively,based on the trade-off between customers and logistics enterprises.
