| With the rapid development of E-commerce, the negative influence from lack of E-commerce logistics distribution service ability is gradually becoming evident, which has become a major obstacle that stop the rapid growth of the E-commerce industry. Express-delivery companies need raise the service capability of E-commerce logistics service system to further meet a good deal of demand from development of E-commerce. The study is aimed at accomplish this objective. This paper introduces theory of constraints to research promotion of system capacity and research the method to promote capacity of E-commerce logistics service system.Firstly, this paper analyses the present developing status of E-commerce and its logistics and puts forward the problems which would be research in this thesis and sets forth research status of E-commerce logistics distribution and its improvement and theory of constraints.Secondly, this paper analyses the present status of E-commerce logistics distribution system and points out the major problem the system are facing. And it analyses E-commerce logistics distribution system from the aspects of process, elements, structure. On this basis, its analyses the causes of deficiency of the system capability and puts forward the corresponding solutions, which is to develop a set of methods that can promote the service capability of all logistics nodes in E-commerce logistics distribution system. So this paper analyses logistics nodes subsystems from the aspects of structure, logistics activity, system service ability and the difficulty of its promote. On this basis, this paper puts forward solution for service capacity problem, which use the theory of constraints to identify the system bottlenecks and improve it, and analyses the requirements for this solution.Thirdly, this paper puts forward the thinking of lifting scheme for logistics node service ability, which base on theory of constraints. On this basis, it researches the calculation of processing capacity of the basic logistics activities in logistics nodes and establishes calculation model for the basic logistics activities first. It then researches the bottleneck identification for logistics nodes subsystems and establishes bottleneck identification model for logistics nodes subsystems. On this basis, it researches the method of bottleneck identification for logistics nodes subsystems, which base on the Flexsim. It then researches how to improve the bottleneck.Finally, the thesis takes the logistics system of Chongqing postal-delivery center office as an application analysis and identifies the bottleneck of this logistics system and puts forward some suggestions to improve the bottleneck. |
