21 century is the era of information technology and the knowledge economy, we all know, in the new era of e-commerce business model. The electronic data interchange, or EDI, is the basic components of e-commerce and the based e-commerce between enterprise and enterprises. It also has a broad application in customs, international trade, government, transportation and public utilities. From the 90 s of last century, EDI systems Internet-based began to appear, and has been developing rapidly. EDI systems can exchange of business order information between enterprise and enterprises by automatically, and continuous updates with the further development of Internet technology. The emergence of the Internet has to promote the popularization and application of EDI.With using of Electronic Data Interchange system, it has crossed more departments. The system will also face to many security threats. Because of most of the EDI systems are connecting to the Internet, the security issues of the EDI systems have become more and more serious, therefore, we will use PKI technology to solve these security problems.This thesis mainly solve the following questions: 1. The traditional transaction time of the logistics industry, improve the work efficiency, through the system completely by computer for business processing, without manual input one by one, thereby saving cost and shorten the business time, improve customer satisfaction; 2. Through the EDI system different from traditional ways it is the main characteristic of the file data, in the form of a computer can understand processing by a computer to process, through the network to transmit data, so as to avoid the manual processing. Thus save the paper, and transmission in the middle of the cost savings. 3. Reduce the staff costs, entirely by computer to automatically to accept and deal with the data that is responsible for the part of the number of people will be greatly reduced, thus saving the cost.In this thesis,.NET2008 is as a development platform, C# is as development language, Orical9 i is as a database platform. we construct the EDI data exchange system mainly through a combination of the actual needs of the Logistics companies. The research include: introduction of EDI, introduction of PKI, the design and implementation of PKI-based logistics platform electronic data exchange system.
