Study On The Optimization Of Centralized Equipment Procurement Of Kailuan Group

This paper focuses on the implementation of centralized purchasing of KailuanGroup equipment and the situation. It contains some theory research foundation, forexample the procurement management, centralized purchasing management, TCO theory,supply chain management etc. Aiming at the Kailuan Group centralized purchasing statusand existing problems of equipment, The paper uses case study method, mathematicalmodel method, the empirical method, in-depth analysis of the centralized procurementmanagement, then propose the optimal solution.Firstly, this paper introduces the basic situation of Kailuan Group centralizedprocurement management and describes the centralized procurement equipmentmanagement framework of Kailuan Group, including organizational structure,procurement, procurement process, supplier management, procurement informationsystem. On this basis, it analyzes the main existing problems.Secondly, in view of the existing problems, this paper carries out the optimal analysisand the optimal model of cost based in TCO, defines the project of TCO and the costdriver analysis, then establish the mathematical model to solve the two main issues on costand delivery time;Thirdly, on the current situation of centralized procurement and supply chain ofKailuan Group equipment analysis, the paper find out the problem of supply chainoperation problems, put forward the direction of optimizing the supply chain operationmodel, then analysis supply chain operation cost and delivery problem.Finally, based on the optimization analysis it propose the implementation of thescheme and the scheme of security measures, including the optimization scheme in fouraspects and four safeguard measures.Through this research, it solve the Kailuan Group equipment Kailuan centralizedprocurement problems, reduce the total cost of centralized procurement and optimizationof operating conditions. This paper have a certain guiding significance to improve thecompetitiveness of procurement. In addition to the coal enterprise centralized procurementmanagement and other similar enterprises engaged in the management of centralizedprocurement is meaningful.
