By identifying and applying the organization internal grading KPI, you can clear the primary responsibility for the organization, and on this basis you can clear the indicator of organizational performance evaluation of the members. Establish clear practical KPI system is the key to do good performance management, and also a reliable way of enterprises to the human resources management.This thesis mainly elaborates and analyzes the Foundry division how to adapt to the state-owned enterprises system, how to balance the requirements of the parent company and their own development needs,and elaborates the history, present situation and future of carrying out human resource management and optimization that take KPI as a main under the simulated juridical person mode. This paper conducted a comprehensive analysis for the Human Resources management system of Foundry division though theoretical analysis and specific cases mature. From the staffing, compensation systems, training, promotion and so on to find the problem and look for the corresponding optimized program according to the actual situation program of Foundry division. Improve the human resources management level through establishing the internal rating KPI performance system, optimizing staff training mechanism and combining with building rising channel and strengthening corporate culture construction.This paper attempts to provide a reference value for the human resources management which subunits stay in the strategic development and transition period. Adapt to the changing situation, the total amount of human resources keep the same reduced even reduced, Foundry division ensure the sustainable development by optimizing the performance evaluation system, and further improve labor efficiency after the new "Labor Law" have enacted. |
