Research On Adjustment Of China External Trade Policy In The Middle-income Stage

International trade played a very important role in the economic take-off stage since China reform and opening. With the mercantilism trade policy at this stage, not only reflected in the economic development strategy, but also continue to strengthen the economic growth mode of economic take-off stage. However, the traditional mode of economic growth has been a lot of problems after China entering into the middle-income stage. Economic growth depends on the allocation of resources, industrial structure lack of coordination,power imbalance in income distribution gap and other issues, economic development is faced with "moderate income trap "of risk. At the same time, international trade has been a lot of problems in the development. China need to change the mode of economic development to break through the "middle income trap", and trade policies for the transformation of economic development has a guiding role.The goal of adjustments of trade policy in Middle-income stage is to promote the economic development mode transformation, promote the transformation of international trade development, coordinating the distribution of trade benefits, and adapt to the changes of the current international trade environment. In this paper, The adjustment of trade policy should be guided to upgrade the trade structure and reduce trade risks. Promoting the FTA and FTZ strategy reasonably and setting up trade compensation system.
