Along with the rapid development of science and technology, globalization and knowledge economy, the market is frequently and constantly changing, which has become a dynamic complex environment. In such new competitive environment, enterprises are facing increasing uncertainty, strategic interaction between competitors significantly speed up the pace. The speed of the enterprise competitive disadvantage’s creation and destruction increases, which sharply shortens the time of maintaining the enterprise’s competitive advantages. So, How the enterprise in the turbulent environment to gain sustainable competitive advantage, it is modern enterprise strategic management, which is one of the key research topic.High-tech enterprise at the frontier of contemporary science and technology plays a significant role in developing productivity, promoting social civilization and increasing country strength. Every enterprise has a life cycle, so does high-tech enterprise. All enterprises experience a process from birth to perishing. Based on the nature characteristics as high knowledge and high tech, high risk and high innovation and high growth, high-tech enterprise derived the unique competitive advantage creation. However, high-tech enterprises in different life cycle stages have different development conditions, competitive advantages are also different.Based on the introduction of related theory, the thesis takes high-tech enterprises as the research object, and then describes the development process and present situation of high-tech enterprises in brief. Based on enterprise life cycle theory and dynamic competitive advantage theory, the thesis analyzes high-tech enterprises the dynamic competitive advantage in different cycle stages. This thesis includes seven chapters. The first chapter mainly introduces the research background and meaning, research situation at home and abroad, methods and innovation, and the structure of this thesis. The second chapter gives the definition of main concepts and the overview of main theories. The third chapter describes the development process and present situation of high-tech enterprises in brief, and then it puts forward the impartial problems in many enterprises. The fourth chapter analyses high-tech enterprises dynamic competition mechanism. The fifth chapter analyses high-tech enterprises dynamic competitive advantages in different cycle stages. The sixth chapter states the A case study of dynamic competition strategy with the guidance of dynamic competitive advantage based on life cycle theory. And finally, summarizes the conclusion and follow-up research work prospects.
