Since the beginning of the 1990s, the environment that the enterprises face has experienced great change, the relatively stable environment destroyed by multi-factor interaction is changing into complex and uncertain environment, which urges people to analyze the competition through a new viewpoint. High-tech enterprise at the frontier of contemporary science & technology plays a significant role in developing productivity, promoting social civilization and increasing country strength. How to make the High-tech enterprise sustainable development is the urgent problem, it is of vital importance to operate a company from the strategy height and the advantage age. The competitive advantage is essential to corporation to gain success. That is to say, the enterprise must create and construct new competitive advantage before the original advantage disappears, thus their advantage can lasting in dynamic environment, and it will develop sustainable. And then it is more difficult to obtain and keep competitive advantage.
