According to related datas, the farmers’income and infrastructure spending aspects maintain lasting positive correlation, the latter investment increase can effectively raise the income level of the local people, in other words, the construction of infrastructure to a great extent, plays a vital role in advancing the local economy and solving the problem of vast rural areas’income.For agricultural infrastructure construction, the sound level and the public’s quality of life is positive correlation; For utilities related equipment, means of health, education and leisure equipment, to promote the pace of sound is the key to narrow the gap between urban and rural areas. In this paper, on the basis of existing research, by adopting the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods, the combination of theory and practical in east China’s Shandong province, in-depth analysis of the Shandong province agriculture infrastructure construction supply problem, select the productive infrastructure as the research object, from the irrigation and water conservancy, transportation and production facilities and other aspects, discusses the supply and demand of Shandong province agricultural infrastructure construction, by comprehensive promoting infrastructure construction, with the help of a detailed analysis to find the most suitable for the supply of the province’s agricultural infrastructure construction.Paper is divided into six parts, the first part introduces the supply of agricultural infrastructure related theory, research reviews、research background and purpose, method and the structure of the article. The second part analyzes the current situation of the development of agricultural infrastructure construction of Shandong province, from the agricultural infrastructure of irrigation and water conservancy, road traffic and mechanization of production are analyzed. The third part use eviews software to analyze the agricultural infrastructure construction impacting on agricultural economy development, the main factors with the data analyzed in this paper are objective support.
