Study On The Influence Of The Development Of Agricultural Productive Service Industry On The Efficiency Of Agricultural Production In China And Their Regional Differences

In the context of the implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization,the process of agricultural modernization in China has entered a critical stage.However,China's current agricultural management is facing the problems of low efficiency of agricultural production,difficulties to increase farmers' income and the slow process of agricultural industrialization.The land property rights system reform and agricult ura l supply side structural reform process are also facing the problems of rural land transfer and transformation of agricultural management mode.Theory and practice have proved that the development of agricultural production services will be the effective way to solve the above problems.As a powerful grasp of agricultural modernization,agricultural productive service has been highly valued by governments at all levels in recent years.From the perspective that development of agricultural productive service industry is helpful to promote the efficiency of agricultural production efficiency,this study selected the input of agricultural productive service as an indicator of the development of agricult ura l production services.Firstly,it analyzed the current development of China's agricult ura l productive service industry and measured and analyzed the efficiency of China's agricultural production.We found that there existed a common change trends in time and a common distribution in space through the analysis of trend and spatial visualizat io n.Secondly,by constructing panel data models on national level and four major economic regions level,the impact of the agricultural productive service industry on the efficie nc y of agricultural production on national level and four major economic regions level was measured and the differences of the impacts were also analyzed.Finally,from the perspective of individual heterogeneity and the internal structure of regional agricult ura l productive service industry development,we explored the root causes of regional differences in the impact of the development of agricultural productive services on agricultural production efficiency.The results showed that the development of agricultural productive service industry in China as a whole was enhancing the efficiency of agricultural production,but in different regions of the enhancing effect was different.The development of agricult ura l productive service industry in western region and eastern region had an obvious promoting effect on agricultural production efficiency,while the promoting effect in middle and northeast China was weak and even played a negative role.The reasons for this discrepancy included the interaction effect between the provinces' heterogeneity and the development of and agricultural production services and differences of the interna l structure of the agricultural productive service industry based on the basic factors such as natural geographical conditions,economic development level,science and technology information conditions and institutional factors and.According to the above empirical results,countermeasures and suggestions were put forward from the aspects of improving the ideological understanding,increasing the financial support,promoting the system construction: first,improve ideologica l understanding and clarify the important position of the development of agricult ura l productive service industry in the process of agricultural modernization and the strategy of Rural Revitalization in China;second,increase financial and policy support to promote the development of China's agricultural productive service;third,to promote agricult ura l productive services supply side structural reform and guide the integration and interactive development of agricultural productive service industry and all sectors of agricult ure;fourth,speed up the reform of the rural collective property right system and the reform of the rural collective management system,get rid of institutional obstacles to provide institutional prerequisite for agriculture productive service industry to promote the development of agriculture.
