Research On Qingdao Profit-making State-owned Tourism Assets Integration

The rapid development of China’s tourism industry, provides a broad market prospects for profit-making state-owned tourism assets management of Qingdao.The overall scale of Qingdao profit-making state-owned tourism assets is very large,and play a significant role in achieving the goal of transiting the tourism into a strong industry of Qingdao.The profit-making state-owned assets of Qingdao contain multiple types,but with the competition in the tourism industry become more and more intense,each category of the assets has many problems at different levels,as a result, most of the state-owned tourism enterprises are in a disadvantageous position in the market competition,which need a timely solution.In this paper, a comprehensive analysis based on the related literature at home and abroad was made,under the guidance of the basic theory and integrate motivation theory about the integration of tourism assets,through data collection, telephone interview, network online interview and field investigation,the paper wishes to carry on overall analysis about the development present and existing problems of the profit-making state-owned assets of Qingdao,and combines with the conclusion and puts forward corresponding strategies for the integration of assets.The structure of this paper is divided into six parts.The first part analyzes the background and basis of topic selecting,puts forward the writing purpose and the research significance clearly,and the paper also analyzes the relevant academic literature of the domestic and international.The second part explains the the related concepts and theory about the profit-making state-owned assets integration,including the definition of profit-making state-owned tourism assets,defining the concept of tourism integration of assets,the essence of tourism assets integration,and base on the asset integration content and means,the forms of tourism assets integration has been divided into different kinds.The third part analyzes the integration background of the state-owned tourism assets,including three parts,such as the analysis of the level and mode,the effect,and the feasibility of tourism assets integration.In this part,the paper introduces the different modes of China’s state-owned tourism assets integration in detail,and provides reference for Qingdao state-owned tourism assets integration.In the fourth part,firstly,a detail classification was made about the profit-making state-owned tourism assets of Qingdao, and this part analyzes the scale and operation status of the tourism assets which has been subdivided,secondly,the paper explains the market structure of the profit-making state-owned tourism assets of Qingdao.Based on the current situation of all categories of state-owned tourism assets management, scale and market structure, the paper discusses the problems about each category of the profit-making state-owned tourism assets of Qingdao,from macro,medium and micro layers.The fifth part,based on the guidance of the enterprise power and other related theory,according to the related problems which were pointed out in the last part,successively puts forward integration strategy of each category of the profit-making state-owned tourism assets of Qingdao.The sixth part of this paper, all the research contents are summarized.This article makes a collated and summarized analysis at first which is about the literature of domestic and foreign tourism assets integration,and puts forward the concepts of profit-making state-owned tourism assets and integration,then explains the essence and classification of tourism assets integration,and carried on the analysis to the concrete cases,and attempts to make a systematic classification and empirical research on Qingdao profit-making state-owned tourism assets.Through collecting the relevant data about the state-owned tourism enterprises of Qingdao,and interviewing related person and investigation, comprehensive analysis about the development situation of profit-making state-owned tourism assets of Qingdao was made.And the paper puts forward the related integration strategy of state-owned tourism assets,which has certain reference significance to it.
