As the IT startup company, generally speaking, it is short of various resources and is small in scale, especially human resources, that is, it is hard to hire excellent R&D engineers. In face of fierce competition, the IT startup company is under great pressure, and has few capital and resource. In to order to impel R&D engineers to have high performance and innovate, it is important to set up effective compensation incentive system.This paper is aimed to research the YX Company as the background. Firstly, it expounds the compensation basic theories and related methods; Secondly, it indicates and analysizes the social enviorment, external competition, inter weakness and exsisting compensation system, and finally it summarizes the problem of exsisting compensation system. In the process of YX company compensation system design, it fully makes use of the appraisel to R&D engineers, combination of performace salary and competency salary and forms feasible compensation scheme. This scheme considers its feasibility and excerts its influence. In the end, the conclusion of this paper states rationality of compensation system.This paper’s research highly solves and promotes the exsisting compensation system of YX Company, reasonably adjust compensation scheme that will improve and push YX company development and management. Meanwhile, it hopfully offers the experience as reference and inspire to human resource and company development in the future.
