In recent years, with the intensification of the macro-control of the real estate industry, the huge changes flowed into the real estate market and intensified the competition, therefore, a large number of real estate companies are beset by various problems。The current situation is that market shares are becoming more and more concentrated into the hands of a few real estate companies of brand advantage and the industry has entered the stage of brand competition。The government’s macro-control has undoubtedly sped up the "reshuffling" process。To achieve development in such situation, more and more real estate companies are actively seeking strategic transformation and improving inner strength to increase brand recognition and market competitiveness。Have a good team is winning magic weapon of real estate enterprises。Creating excellent team has always been the core issue in the development of real estate enterprises。In the incentive and construction team members, reasonable and competitive compensation management system is the important factor in attracting team members, and competency model can provide good support for team construction, so to establish the ability to model-based compensation system is a good solution for creating a good team。This paper has applied the approaches of the information literature survey, quantitative analysis, qualitative analysis, descriptive studies and case studiesand it builds on competency model based compensation management system, uses FL Real Estate Group as a study subject to design a compensation system that promotes its motivational effect in the human resource management in real estate industry。This paper has six parts。Part one analyzes the main features of China’s real estate, and discusses research background, significance and domestic and overseas research overview, method, mind map and structure of the competency model based compensation management system。Part two elaborates on the theoretical concepts, scope, advantages and contents of competency model and compensation management system to clarify the theoretical basis of competency model and compensation management system。Part three takes the example of FL real estate Company’s compensation system to introduce the status quo of FL Real Estate Group compensation system and its problems and to show the importance of implementing competency model based compensation system through problem analysis。Part four explains the specific methods and application for FL Real Estate Group to set up competency model and the compensation system。Part five analyzes the conditions that secure the implementation of competency model based compensation system and raises the things to watch for during implementation of competency model based compensation system。Part six summarizes the whole paper by pointing out the paper’s innovation, limitations and reference to other companies in the industry。...
