In recent years, tourism industry in China is developing rapidly. The number and scale of tourism enterprises are continuing to expand. However, it has sparked a discussion on its social responsibility of the tourism enterprises while they pursued economic interests excessively. What social responsibilities should tourism enterprise perform? Which social responsibilities they fulfilled in practice? What factors will affect their social responsibility behaviors? And what kind of results will these behaviors produce? Such a series of problems remain to be studied. The paper selects 45 listed tourism enterprises as examples, research the performance levels, objects, content and influenced factors in organization level through the analysis of the disclosed information.Fist, the paper defines subjects, objects and contents of the tourism corporate social responsibility on the basis of summarizing the research results at home and abroad. Then, the paper determines the tourism corporate social responsibility indicators and their weights through preliminary analysis of the disclosed social responsibility information of some sample enterprises. Next, the disclosed information of the 45 listed tourism enterprises is encoded. And the coding results are analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis, regression analysis and cluster analysis. Finally, the paper summarizes the existing problems of tourism corporate social responsibility performance and puts forward some suggestions to promote the development of the practice and management of tourism corporate social responsibility.It is inevitable requirement of the sustainable development of tourism industry and society for tourism enterprises to bear corporate social responsibility. It is also an efficient way to alleviate the social contradiction and build the harmonious tourism. We are looking forward to that the results of this research could have some benefits for the performance of tourism and other industry enterprises.
