As the world economic recovery and the national economic high-speed growth, China’s mobile communication, mobile Internet industry is also showing a booming trend, especially the development of the mobile phone industry, production and exports have increased year by year. Mobile phone manufacturers have reached more than 800 in recent year. But the manufacturers with license only have more than 30. According to Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of statistics, the domestic mobile phone cumulative shipments reached 452 million units in 2014, the number of mobile phone users reached 128 million. Faced with such a powerful consumer market and consumer groups, some corporations damaged the interests of the public for their own benefit, such as unpaid wages, mobile phone battery explosion, Apple supply chain events, false advertising, steal customer information and calling fare through mobile phone, these events show lack of enterprises in the aspect of social responsibility. With the spread of the concept of social responsibility, undertake social responsibility has become the inevitable trend of development of the enterprises in our country. So mobile phone manufacturers should fulfill social responsibility and set up scientific evaluation system to monitor themselves and promote development of enterprises.Through summing up and analyze research of domestic and foreign corporate social responsibility and the evaluation, based on Social Contract theory, Triple Bottom Line theory and Stakeholder theory, this paper establish social responsibility content of mobile phone manufacturers, combined with lack of social responsibility. Using analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, this paper establish evaluation model Finally, this paper verify this evaluation model via a typical case. This paper provides the reference standard for to fulfill social responsibility and a theoretical basis for its further research.
