Beautiful Countryside Construction Research Under The Ecological Civilization Field

The report of the Party Eighteen has put forward the beauty of China’s strategic development goals. In order to accomplishment the spirit of the beautiful China, the central file no. 1, 2013, firstly proposed the construction of "beautiful country” development planning and commenced the creative activities of the "beautiful country". Especially, in 2015 the central file no. 1 highlighted: China to be strong, agriculture must be strong; China to be rich, the farmers must be rich; China to be beautiful and the countryside must be beautiful.Starting from the study of the theory and practice of ecological civilization, this article analyzed the current situation and problems of our beautiful country construction based on the political, economic, cultural, social, international experience aspects. These provided the advanced theoretical direction and operational practices former for the construction of the beautiful countrysideThe first part introduced the basic concept of ecological civilization and beautiful country. It explained the concepts and analysis the basic characteristics and inter relationship of ecological civilization and beautiful villages. These provided the entry point of the research direction for the construction of beautiful country.The second part was about the theoretical basis for the construction of ecological civilization and beautiful countryside. It mainly studied the main content of Marxist ecological view and the practical significance, the discussion of the ecological civilization from the Communist Party of China as well as the theoretic enrichment and practice since the Party Eighteen. These provided a solid theoretical basis and practical experience for the beautiful countryside construction.The third part analyzed the present situation of the rural area construction in our country. Firstly it discussed the pattern of the rural construction. Then it analyzed the issues from different aspects for the development of the beautiful country such as the ecological concept, infrastructure, project scheme, environment and system deficiency etc. Lastly it sought the reasons from multiple perspectives to provide the basis of the objective for the beauty of rural construction, for example: government guidance, economic development, modern civilization and so on.The fourth part put forward the countermeasures of the beautiful rural construction. Starting from the promotion of the “San Sheng Her Xie” and “Si Mei Tong Yi’s integrated construction, from the improvement of the “industrial beauty”, the optimization of the “life beauty”, the promotion of the “humanistic beauty” and the construction of “ecological beauty” it proposed the specific construction path. As well, it used the beautiful rural construction experience at home and abroad for reference then provided the reference for beautiful rural construction scheme.
